Does Wynn have its own production team, and can we still bring an outside crew?
Yes to both — Wynn Las Vegas maintains an in-house production department and a preferred-vendor program for convention and event video, but an exhibitor or sponsor can still bring its own crew for its own content, such as booth video, executive interviews, or EPK coverage.

Do we need a Clark County film permit to shoot inside Wynn and Encore?
Usually not for the interior. Clark County’s film office says filming inside a building with the property owner’s agreement does not require a county film permit unless the shoot affects the public right-of-way. Inside Wynn and Encore, access runs on the property’s own approval: a location agreement or event contract, a certificate of insurance naming the property, and credentials for the crew. A county permit applies once cameras move onto the sidewalk, the street, or a drone shot, and on the Strip that permit comes from unincorporated Clark County, not the City of Las Vegas.
How big is Wynn and Encore’s convention space?
Wynn and Encore together offer more than 560,000 square feet of convention and meeting space, split across multiple ballrooms and breakout rooms, so a shoot here is usually scoped to a specific room or session rather than the whole property.
