Can you capture the presentation slides along with the speaker?
Yes. We take a clean feed of the presentation directly from the AV system and sync it with our camera angles, so the finished video shows both the speaker and exactly what was on screen.
Can you cover multiple breakout rooms at the same time?
Yes. Our contractor network lets us run simultaneous crews across multiple rooms or stages, coordinated under one lead so the look stays consistent and nothing is missed.
Do you deliver edits during the event?
We can. Same-day highlight reels and quick-turn session edits are common requests, delivered while the conference is still running for social and next-day sessions.
How much does conference filming cost in Las Vegas?
