Plan Your Sphere ShootSphere’s own guest policy bars video cameras, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, and audio recorders from the venue — interior content is produced by Sphere Studios, the venue’s in-house production arm, not by outside crews. Sphere has not published a policy for a licensed corporate or EPK shoot by an outside production company, so any interior access for a private event gets arranged case by case directly with the venue. We do not promise interior filming access; we plan for what is confirmed.

Can an outside video crew film inside Sphere?
Not as a standard policy — Sphere’s guest rules bar video cameras, tripods, and audio recorders, and interior content is produced by Sphere Studios, the venue’s own in-house arm. A licensed corporate shoot may be possible through a direct arrangement with the venue, but that access is not publicly published and has to be confirmed case by case.
Can we film the Exosphere exterior for a brand video?
Yes — the Exosphere’s exterior is a public, frequently filmed display, and we shoot it from public or permitted positions with a Clark County film permit where the shoot requires one, such as blocking sidewalk access or using a tripod on County right-of-way.
How do we arrange a corporate event or hospitality shoot connected to Sphere?
Corporate events tied to Sphere typically use adjacent event space rather than the auditorium itself, and access for those events and any video coverage is arranged directly with the venue rather than through a published outside-crew policy — we recommend confirming scope with Sphere Guest Relations before booking a crew.
Will Mr. Camera guarantee interior filming access at Sphere?
No — Sphere has not published an outside-crew policy for interior filming, so we do not promise interior access on any quote; we scope the shoot around exterior, adjacent-event-space, and press-day coverage that is actually confirmed.
