AWS re:Invent • Las Vegas • Since 1981
AWS re:Invent video production means covering a sponsor booth, an executive interview, and a same-day social cut across venues spread over several city blocks — Caesars Forum, Caesars Palace, Encore, MGM Grand, and The Venetian among them. Mr. Camera is a Las Vegas crew, on call since 1981, built for that kind of week.
Plan Your re:Invent ShootAWS re:Invent is not one building. It spans Caesars Forum, Caesars Palace, Encore, MGM Grand, The Venetian, and Wynn in the same week, so a sponsor’s booth crew, executive interview, and expo-floor B-roll often have to move between properties on the same day. Freight and heavy gear typically move through each venue’s drayage process — the exclusive material-handling system that gets crates from a loading dock to a booth — while a crew hand-carrying cameras usually avoids it. Mr. Camera has been a Las Vegas production company since 1981, and we have produced for MGM Resorts and Caesars Entertainment on other projects, so the building relationships already exist before the show ever loads in.
Most re:Invent work for us is expo hall booth coverage paired with executive interviews shot the same day as a recap cut — sponsors want proof the booth mattered before the show floor closes.
Demo loops, product walk-throughs, and general booth traffic shot across your hours on the floor.
On-camera interviews with your executives and partners, shot at the booth or a nearby suite between meetings.
Short, usable customer and partner testimonials recorded on-site for case studies and sales content.
Morning footage edited and posted the same day.
When is AWS re:Invent 2026 and which venues does it use?
AWS re:Invent 2026 runs November 30 to December 4 across Caesars Forum, Caesars Palace, Encore, MGM Grand, The Venetian, and Wynn. re:Invent runs across these Strip properties every year, so build crew and gear moves between venues into your schedule, not just show-floor time.
Can our crew film our own booth, or only AWS’s keynote stage?
You can generally film your own booth and sponsored sessions; the keynote stage and official session recordings are produced by AWS itself, not by outside crews. Confirm the current-year exhibitor filming policy with AWS re:Invent event operations before your shoot.
Do you cover multiple venues in the same day during re:Invent?
Yes — since re:Invent runs across six Strip properties in the same week, we build the day around move times between venues, not just booth-to-booth coverage.
What’s the fastest turnaround you offer during the show?
We deliver same-day social cuts from re:Invent coverage — footage shot in the morning can be edited and posted before the expo floor closes that evening.
Tell us your booth location, dates, and what you need delivered. We will build the crew and schedule around re:Invent’s venue map.
