T-Mobile Arena • Las Vegas • Since 1981
Corporate product launches, brand activations, and sponsor content at T-Mobile Arena — built for concerts and live events, and increasingly booked for corporate nights that need the same production value. We produce for Live Nation and Ticketmaster across Las Vegas, and we plan every shoot around the arena’s load-in, credential, and insurance rules.
Plan Your T-Mobile Arena ShootT-Mobile Arena hosts concerts, championship fights, and a growing number of corporate product launches and brand activations that rent the building for a single night. The production logistics are closer to a concert load-in than a ballroom meeting — rigging points, union labor, and a tight event-day schedule — so a corporate shoot here needs a crew that can move at concert pace, not conference pace. A county film permit only comes into play if the shoot moves outside onto the plaza or street; for work inside the arena, access runs through the arena’s own event team and our certificate of insurance and credentials.
Most corporate bookings at T-Mobile Arena are a brand activation, a product reveal staged on the arena floor, or a livestream reaching a remote audience during a launch event. See our guide to filming permits and restrictions at Las Vegas venues for the permit side, and our live streaming page for the technical setup behind a same-night feed.
Multi-camera coverage of a branded event staged on the arena floor or in a suite level, built around a single-night rental schedule.
A redundant-encoded feed for a launch event or activation, with a cellular-bonded backup in case the venue’s own network is at capacity.
Interviews and b-roll for a sponsor’s suite or hospitality package, timed to whatever event is on the arena’s calendar that night.
Same-day-turnaround recap footage for a launch or activation, cut for sponsor and social distribution.
Can a corporate brand rent T-Mobile Arena for a private event with video coverage?
Yes — the arena regularly hosts single-night corporate bookings alongside its concert and sports schedule, and video coverage is planned around that specific event’s load-in window and union labor rules rather than a standing policy.
Do we need a Clark County film permit to shoot inside T-Mobile Arena?
Usually not for the interior. Clark County’s film office says filming inside a building with the property owner’s agreement does not require a county film permit unless the shoot affects the public right-of-way. Inside T-Mobile Arena, access runs on the property’s own approval: a location agreement or event contract, a certificate of insurance naming the property, and credentials for the crew. A county permit applies once cameras move onto the sidewalk, the street, or a drone shot, and on the Strip that permit comes from unincorporated Clark County, not the City of Las Vegas.
Is video production for a corporate event at T-Mobile Arena different from filming a concert?
The paperwork is similar, but the schedule usually is not — a corporate activation typically has a single-night load-in and load-out on a tighter window than a touring concert, so we scope crew size and rigging time to that specific event rather than a standard concert-production plan.
