Video Production at Allegiant Stadium

Corporate events, brand activations, and hospitality-suite video at Allegiant Stadium — arranged through the stadium’s private-events team, not the game-day media credentialing process. We produce for Live Nation and MGM Resorts across Las Vegas, and we know the difference between a broadcast credential and a corporate shoot.

Plan Your Allegiant Stadium Shoot

Corporate Access Is Different From Game Day

Allegiant Stadium’s public policy is built around game-day media, not corporate video: any recording device with a lens over six inches needs a media credential, and photos taken on property cannot be used commercially without permission. None of that describes a branded activation, a hospitality-suite shoot, or an executive interview during a private event — that access runs through the stadium’s own private-events team, separately from game-day media credentialing. We build the shoot around whichever process actually applies before anyone shows up with a camera.

Most non-gameday work at Allegiant Stadium is a brand activation, a corporate event in a suite or club level, or EPK content tied to a private booking. Read our guide to filming rules at Las Vegas casino and event properties for the permit side, and see our live streaming page if your event needs a feed to an offsite audience.

Allegiant Stadium Video FAQ

Can a corporate video crew bring cameras into Allegiant Stadium?

Yes, but not through the game-day media-credential process — corporate and private-event video access is arranged separately through the stadium’s own private-events team (privateevents@allegiantstadium.com), and we coordinate that booking directly.

What camera equipment is restricted at Allegiant Stadium?

The stadium’s public policy bars any recording device with a lens longer than six inches without proper media credentials, and it restricts commercial use of photos taken on property — both of which we plan around when a shoot is not tied to a game-day broadcast credential.

Do we need a Clark County film permit to shoot inside Allegiant Stadium?

Usually not for the interior. Clark County’s film office says filming inside a building with the property owner’s agreement does not require a county film permit unless the shoot affects the public right-of-way. Inside Allegiant Stadium, access runs on the property’s own approval: a location agreement or event contract, a certificate of insurance naming the property, and credentials for the crew. A county permit applies once cameras move onto the sidewalk, the street, or a drone shot, and on the Strip that permit comes from unincorporated Clark County, not the City of Las Vegas.

Is filming at Allegiant Stadium different for a corporate event than for game-day media?

Yes — game-day access runs through NFL and team media credentialing, which is built for press, not corporate video; a brand activation, hospitality-suite shoot, or EPK production is booked and credentialed through the stadium’s private-events team instead, on its own timeline separate from any game.
