NAB Show Video Production in Las Vegas

NAB Show video production means booth demos and product interviews shot by a crew that already speaks SDI, PTZ, and IP video — not just camera operators. Mr. Camera is a Las Vegas broadcast production company, running Sony FX9/FX6 packages and building PTZ/robotic studios, since 1981.

Plan Your NAB Show Shoot

A Broadcast Crew for a Broadcast Show

NAB Show 2027 exhibits run April 4 to 7, with conferences and workshops beginning April 3, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Most booths on that floor are selling to broadcast engineers, so a demo video that gets the signal chain wrong — the wrong SDI standard, a robotic head that does not match what is actually being sold — reads as amateur to the exact audience you are trying to reach. Mr. Camera runs the same category of gear NAB exhibitors sell: SDI and IP video workflows, PTZ and robotic camera systems, and ENG/EFP crews built for live event work.

We build PTZ and robotic camera studios and run ENG/EFP crews on other jobs, so a demo of your own broadcast product gets shot by people who already understand what it does.

NAB Show Video FAQ

When does NAB Show 2027 run and where?

NAB Show 2027 exhibits run April 4 to 7, with conferences and workshops beginning April 3, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. NAB Show returns to the LVCC every spring.

Can we film our own booth at NAB Show?

Yes — NAB Show’s published rules allow personal and private photography and video of your own booth. Filming another exhibitor’s booth or products generally requires that exhibitor’s permission.

Is Freeman the only vendor allowed to handle our video crew’s gear?

Freeman, as the show’s general service contractor, holds exclusive rights to electrical, rigging, material handling, and in-booth cleaning — not video or photography itself. An outside crew can still bring its own cameras, but should register as an Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor and follow the building’s union and access rules.

Does Mr. Camera bring broadcast-standard gear, not just consumer cameras?

Yes — we run Sony FX9 and FX6 camera packages with broadcast audio and PTZ/robotic camera systems, the same category of gear NAB exhibitors demonstrate on the floor. That matters when your booth video is being watched by engineers who notice a wrong signal chain.

Filming at NAB Show?

Tell us your booth number, dates, and what you are demoing. We will bring a crew that already knows the gear.
