F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix • Since 1981
F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix video production means sponsor hospitality coverage, brand activations, and VIP interviews up and down the Strip during race week — the race broadcast itself belongs to Formula 1’s own production, not an outside crew. Mr. Camera has produced for Live Nation and MGM Resorts, and plans race-week coverage around the event’s restrictions rather than against them.
Plan Your Race Week ShootThe F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix runs November 19 to 21, 2026. The race broadcast itself is produced by Formula 1 and its broadcast rights holders — that is not a shoot an outside crew gets hired onto. What sponsors and brands actually need during race week is hospitality-suite coverage, activation content, and executive or VIP interviews that can go out as social and EPK content while the week is still happening.
We build EPK and VNR content around a brand’s activation, and where drone coverage is part of the plan, we build it around the race week’s flight restrictions rather than through them.
Coverage of hospitality suites, guest experiences, and VIP moments during race week.
Content built around a brand’s Strip activation, shot for both the event itself and later marketing use.
Short on-camera interviews with executives and VIP guests, scheduled around the activation calendar.
Same-day edits and EPK-style coverage delivered while race week is still happening.
When is the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, and can outside crews film the race itself?
The 2026 race runs November 19 to 21. The race broadcast itself is produced by Formula 1 and its broadcast rights holders, not by outside production companies, so a sponsor’s own crew is typically covering hospitality and activation content around the race rather than the competition itself.
Can we fly a drone during race week?
Only within limits — a Temporary Flight Restriction goes into effect over the Strip corridor roughly one hour before the race through one hour after it, and during that window only event-approved broadcast and production crews can fly drones. Plan aerial coverage for outside that window, or coordinate directly with race organizers if you need it during the restricted period.
What kind of video do sponsors actually shoot during race week?
Most of it is hospitality-suite coverage, brand activation content, and executive or VIP interviews, cut for EPK and social use while the week is happening. It is the same category of work as any other major Las Vegas event week, just compressed into three days.
How far in advance should a sponsor book a crew for race week?
Book as early as your activation plans are set — race week is one of the highest-demand weeks for Las Vegas production crews all year, and availability, not planning, is usually the constraint.
Tell us your activation, dates, and what needs to be delivered. We will build the crew and plan around race week’s restrictions.
