CES Video Production in Las Vegas

CES video production means booth demos, executive interviews, and same-day social cuts across the Las Vegas Convention Center and Venetian Expo campuses in the same week. Mr. Camera is a Las Vegas crew, based here since 1981, that already knows how these buildings run during the show.

Plan Your CES Shoot

The Busiest Week on the Show Floor

CES fills the Las Vegas Convention Center and spills into the Venetian Expo and other Strip campuses, per CES’s own campus map. A booth crew shooting demos in one hall may need to be at a partner suite across the Strip an hour later, so the logistics of the week matter as much as the camera work. Every video crew member on-site registers as Exhibitor Personnel through the company’s CES Exhibitor Dashboard, and anyone claiming press or media access needs current industry credentials uploaded separately — a different process from a standard exhibitor badge.

We treat CES the way we treat any other week on the Las Vegas Convention Center floor — booth coverage during the day, executive interviews between meetings, and a same-day social cut before the hall closes.

CES Video FAQ

When is CES 2027 and which venues does it use?

CES 2027 runs January 6 to 9 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Venetian Expo, and other Strip campuses, per CES’s own venue map. Confirm your specific hall assignment once CES publishes it, since booth locations shift across campuses year to year.

How does a video crew get badged for CES?

A video crew registers as Exhibitor Personnel through your company’s CES Exhibitor Dashboard, which your show’s Registration Coordinator has to initiate, and each crew member needs a headshot photo for the printed badge. That is a separate process from a press or media badge, which requires uploading current industry credentials.

How far ahead should we book a CES video crew?

Book two to three months ahead of CES if you can — local crew availability, not gear, is usually the real bottleneck that week. It varies with crew size and how firm your dates are.

Can we film our own booth without special permission?

Generally yes — filming your own booth is standard practice at Las Vegas trade shows, while recording another exhibitor’s booth or products typically needs that exhibitor’s permission. Confirm CES’s current-year specific camera policy in your exhibitor manual before you shoot.
