Las Vegas Convention Calendar 2026-2027 for Video Producers (and When to Book a Crew)

7 min read

Eight confirmed events anchor the Las Vegas convention calendar for video producers between now and mid-2027: G2E, Money20/20, SEMA, the Las Vegas Grand Prix, AWS re:Invent, CES 2027, NAB Show 2027, and ServiceNow Knowledge 2027 all have published dates and venues, while Adobe Summit and Black Hat USA do not yet have a confirmed next Las Vegas date and should be checked against the organizer's own site before booking around them.

Fall 2026

G2E — September 28-October 1, 2026

Global Gaming Expo runs at the Venetian Expo. Exhibitors are largely gaming-technology and casino-equipment vendors, and video needs on this floor tend toward product-demo footage, sponsor and executive interviews, and same-day social recap content — the kind of coverage that benefits from a crew who already knows the Venetian's dock and credentialing process.

Money20/20 USA — October 18-21, 2026

Money20/20 also runs at the Venetian Resort Las Vegas. Fintech sponsor budgets here run large, and exhibitors typically need keynote and stage capture, sponsor-branded interview content, and fast-turnaround recap video for the show's own marketing channels as much as booth coverage itself.

SEMA Show — November 3-6, 2026

SEMA runs at the Las Vegas Convention Center and draws the largest exhibitor count of any show on this list. Most exhibitors need booth b-roll, product-reveal video, and influencer or media walk-throughs; a 2027 edition is set for November 2-5, though the venue for that edition has not been posted yet.

Las Vegas Grand Prix — November 19-21, 2026

Formula 1's Las Vegas race weekend is not a trade show, but it drives real corporate video demand around it — sponsor hospitality suites, brand activations, and EPK-style content for partners with a presence during race week. The broadcast itself is produced by the race organizers, not competable production work, but the hospitality and activation layer around it is a distinct need. A drone shoot planned for this window has to account for the temporary flight restriction the FAA issues over the Strip corridor during the race itself — see our drone and aerial video production page for how we plan around Class B airspace and event TFRs.

AWS re:Invent — November 30-December 4, 2026

Amazon's cloud-computing conference spans multiple venues at once — Caesars Forum, Caesars Palace, Encore, MGM Grand, the Venetian, and Wynn — with more than sixty thousand attendees. Exhibitors and sponsors typically need session and keynote capture, booth video across whichever venue they are assigned, and rapid same-day edits given the pace of the week; a crew working this show needs to move between properties, not just one building. See our guide to filming at Las Vegas conventions for more on multi-venue logistics.

Early 2027

CES 2027 — January 6-9, 2027

CES spans the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Venetian Expo, and other Strip campuses. Exhibitors need Exhibitor Personnel registration through their own Exhibitor Dashboard for any crew member working the booth, a headshot on file for the printed badge, and — for anyone claiming press access — a separate media credential entirely.

NAB Show 2027 — Conferences April 3-7, Exhibits April 4-7

NAB Show runs at the Las Vegas Convention Center. As the broadcast and media-technology industry's own show, exhibitors here tend to want the highest production polish of any show on this list — booth demo reels, sponsor interviews, and often a livestream component, since much of the audience is other production professionals.

ServiceNow Knowledge 2027 — May 4-6, 2027

ServiceNow's Knowledge conference returns to Las Vegas. ServiceNow has not yet published the venue for this edition, so confirm the building on the event's own site before locking a load-in plan. Exhibitors and the host company typically need keynote capture, customer-story interviews, and breakout-session coverage across a multi-day enterprise-software conference format.

Dates Not Yet Confirmed

Two shows on this list do not have a confirmed next Las Vegas date. Adobe Summit held its 2026 edition at the Venetian Convention & Expo Center in April 2026; a 2027 date has circulated on third-party event aggregators, but Adobe has not yet posted a 2027 date on its own site, so confirm directly with Adobe before booking around it. Black Hat USA has historically run at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in late July or early August; Black Hat has not yet posted 2027 dates on its own site, so check the show's own site closer to the date before committing a crew to a specific week.

How Far Ahead to Book

Across CES-scale shows in particular, the guidance we hear consistently from exhibitors and agencies is the same: book a Las Vegas video crew two to three months ahead of the show, as a rule of thumb, because local crew availability — not camera equipment — is what actually runs out first during a major show week.

Mr. Camera

We cover shows across the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Strip's convention properties every year, and we track each show's current dates and venue directly against the organizer's own site before quoting a production plan. If you are planning coverage around any show on this calendar, our trade show video production team can help you build the schedule around it.
